Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced a decrease in the price of 95 octane petrol, effective Tuesday 4 August 2026. The price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has reduced by 5.3 cents to €1.708 per litre.
Other fuel prices remain unchanged. Unleaded 98 octane petrol stays at €1.903 per litre (including VAT), and diesel remains at €1.966 per litre (including VAT).
Heating oil is stable at €1.461 per litre. Diesel for industrial/commercial and agricultural/horticultural use remains at €1.571 and €1.418 per litre, respectively.
LPG and propane prices are unchanged at 70.3 and 73.6 cents per litre, respectively. Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent months amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
