Saudi Energy Company posts $13.94bn H1 revenue, up 10.5%

Saudi Energy Company reported H1 revenue of SAR52.2bn ($13.94bn), up 10.5% YoY, with EBITDA up 8.2% and net profit up 7.5%.

Saudi Energy Company reported a 10.5% year-on-year increase in first-half revenue to SAR52.2 billion ($13.94 billion). EBITDA rose 8.2% to SAR21.5 billion, while net profit increased 7.5% to SAR6.7 billion.

The company attributed the performance to strategic investments and sustained operational excellence, which it said are supporting the Kingdom's energy transition and meeting growing demand.

CEO Khalid Al-Ghamdi said the results reflect the resilience of Saudi Energy's regulated business model and disciplined execution of its strategy. He noted continued strengthening of the national electricity system and expansion of infrastructure to support economic transformation.

Al-Ghamdi highlighted double-digit growth in the regulated asset base, enhancing earnings visibility, and investments in grid capacity, battery energy storage, and renewable integration. He said these efforts are building a more flexible and resilient energy system, positioning Saudi Energy as a national utility champion.

The company remains focused on disciplined investment and operational excellence to build an integrated smart energy ecosystem supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
